July 2009 CallStreamz will open our first Customer Contact Center (AZ #1) in the Queen Creek, Johnson Ranch vicinity. Kevin Hulen and Chanda Thomas (Creators of CallStreamz) has lived in the area going on 5 years, watching it grow at a rapid, successful pace. Because of the number of High Energy people moving into the area and the demand of Jobs makes it the perfect choice.
CallStreamz will become a value to the community, sponsoring local events, donating to schools, and putting money back into the community.
To collect the right experience to create the most successful Customer Contact Company in the industry Kevin has taken on positions in a variety of different Call-Center environments. Working for some of the largest in the industry, and working with small Phone Rooms to gain the much-needed experience.
Kevin’s had the opportunity to work with Many Clients providing a wide range of services; some include: Chase Manhattan Bank, FirstUSA, Bank Of America and the former MBNA, Wells Fargo, CITI Bank, First Bank, Nextel, Sprint, At&T, Bell South, Dish Network, and Many More, For these Industry Important clients Kevin has Developed and tested then managed projects creating processes that meet and in most cases beat the clients expectations.
They knew to be successful in the Call-Center industry would take more then just Knowledge on how to set-up and operate a Call-Center so he and Chanda took on the operations of two Businesses in the Amusement Park industry while this was not in the Call-Center field they have gained a great deal about operating a Business. And the daily tasks associated that comes with a Successful company.
During the last four years while operating these two companies Kevin has continued keeping in touch with the Call-Center industries by taking on demanding positions at some the industry leaders, During this time Chanda went back to school focusing on their dreams and long term goals earning two degrees. First are Associate OF Science PC/Network Technology and a 2nd Bachelor of Science Network Technology.
Now that they have the skills required to open and operate a successful company, in multiple locations combined with Kevin’s Call-Center experience, And Chanda’s Education in Computer Networking (foundation of a Call-Center) they are ready to achieve their goal to become the #1 Source for Call-Center Services.
